Delete your Coneker account
You can delete your Coneker account, and the data in it, at any time. You do not need to have the app installed to do it.
- In the app, on iPhone or AndroidOpen Me ▸ Settings ▸ Security & sign-in, tap Delete account, and confirm.
- In a browserSign in at app.coneker.com, open Settings ▸ Your data, choose Delete account, and confirm.
- By email, without the appWrite to support@funtg.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm it is you and complete the deletion within 30 days.
A Coneker Pro subscription paid by card through Stripe is cancelled when you delete your account.
A subscription bought through the App Store must be cancelled in your iPhone’s Settings. Deleting your account does not stop Apple’s billing.
What is deleted
- Your account details: name, email address and profile photo.
- Your graph: the people, places, organizations, events and connections in it.
- Your captures, with their text and photos.
- Your meetings: transcripts and recordings.
- Your chat messages and their attachments.
- Your application to the waiting list, if you made one.
What is kept, and for how long

Delete your data, keep your account
To remove every note, person, place and relationship but keep your account, your friends and your settings, open Me ▸ Settings ▸ Your data and choose Delete everything in your weave. The same option is under Settings ▸ Your data on the web. You can also delete a single capture, meeting or record in the app at any time.
