What is Coneker?
A personal relationship graph for iPhone, Android and the web. You capture moments in plain words — a meeting, an intro, an idea — and Coneker extracts the people, places, events, and knowledge inside them into one graph, private to your account.
Where is my data stored?
On Coneker's servers, not only on your phone — so your graph survives a lost device. Traffic is encrypted in transit, and no other Coneker user can see your graph unless you share part of it. To do their work, capture, Ask, dictation and meetings send content to AI model and speech providers. The privacy policy names each one, says what it receives and where it is.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Settings → Security & sign-in → Delete account. On the web: Settings → Your data → Delete account. This removes your graph, captures, photos, meetings and recordings, and conversations from our servers; backups age out within 15 days. You can also email us from your account's address and we will do it for you. If you subscribed to Coneker Pro through the App Store, cancel it in your iPhone's Settings as well — deleting your account does not stop Apple's billing. How does scanning work?
When you scan a card or photo, the image is sent to our AI model provider to read the names and details on it, and is stored with the capture it belongs to. Deleting the capture (or your account) deletes the photo; a capture you never save is deleted, photo included, after 30 days.
Which platforms are supported?
iPhone, on the App Store (iOS 16.4 or later), and Android 7 or later, downloaded from this site. Both are com.coneker.app and free to download. The Android app is coming to Google Play too.
How do I install it on Android?
Open coneker.com on your phone and tap Download for Android, or download it here. When the download finishes, open it; the first time, your phone asks you to allow your browser to install apps. It needs Android 7 or later. The file is the same Google-signed build that Google Play will deliver.
How do I report a problem?
Email support@funtg.com with what you were doing and what you expected to happen. Screenshots help a lot.
